GENERAL INFORMATION
During these days, you can find information about the entertainment program and the menus served during the Gala Dinners on our webapp or on the digital screens located at Reception, Platinum Restaurant, and next to Bar Imagine.
For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinner, please reserve a table in advance. To do so, you must show your room card. If you are vegan, vegetarian, or suffer from any food allergy, please inform us when reserving your table.
Please note the dress code:
We kindly ask all guests to dress elegantly in accordance with the special occasion. During Gala Dinners, long trousers and a shirt are mandatory for gentlemen. Entry to the restaurant in sportswear, swimwear, shorts, or t-shirts is not permitted.
On December 25th and December 31st, the ironing service is offered until 6:00 p.m. You can request this service in advance at the reception.
It is not permitted to bring drinks into or take drinks out of the restaurant.
Starting at 9:30 PM, special performance to celebrate the beginning of the Christmas season. Following that, Live Music and DJ.
According to Spanish labor legislation, our staff must be able to spend this special day with their families starting at 10 PM. We are pleased to facilitate this right as much as possible, and therefore, dinner will be served in the dining room from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. The Imagine Bar will remain open until 1:00 AM with bar service.

On this day, lunch will be served at The Roast Restaurant, from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM.
From 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM live music on the pool terrace.
Gala Dinner in our Platinum Club Restaurant with live music.
IMPORTANT CHRISTMAS INFORMATION
For the Christmas Dinner, there will be a first seating at 6:00 PM and a second seating at 9:00 PM. We kindly ask you to check the menu on our WebApp or on the digital screens located at Reception, Platinum Restaurant, and next to the Imagine Bar.
It is very important to reserve one of the two meal times. Therefore, we appreciate our guests making their reservation starting from 12/20 at the table next to the "Food Market" restaurant from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM. On 12/25, you can make the reservation until 12:00 PM.
After the Gala Dinner, there will be professional shows, live music, and DJ performances at the Imagine Bar.
You can check the entertainment program on the digital screens located at Reception, Platinum Restaurant, and next to the Imagine Bar.
12/28/2025 – SUNDAY
Starting at 11:00 AM: Opening ceremony of the Princess Mini-Olympics with the Olympic torch relay. We will begin with activities to which all our guests are cordially invited. We kindly ask you to register through our WebApp or through the digital screens starting from 12/26.
12/29/2025 – MONDAY
At 11:00 AM, the celebration of the Princess Mini-Olympics will continue with various activities.
At 9:30 PM, the closing ceremony of the Mini-Olympics will take place at the Imagine Bar with the award ceremony for the winners.
12/31/2025 – WEDNESDAY
The entire team at Hotel Guayarmina Princess wishes you a Happy New Year!

A special New Year's breakfast will be served at the Platinum Club restaurant from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
